When you receive an offer on your home, there are many factors beyond price that determine its quality. Your Funkhouser Real Estate Group Seller Representative will assist you in reviewing the offer and negotiating to a position acceptable to you.

• Deliver all papers quickly upon receipt of a ratified contract
