Five Years Of January Consistency --- Out The Window

For the past five years, January real estate sales have been rather predictable and consistent in Harrisonburg and Rockingham County.  Between 2003 and 2007 we have seen January home sales counts of 75, 64, 78, 79, and 76.  But January 2008 marked an end to that consistency --- with a surprisingly low 48 home sales.
