Inventory levels are remaining low, even though we are definitely into the start of the Spring housing market.  This is great news for sellers, as you still have less competition (from other sellers) that you have seen in several years.

For buyers, however, the situation is not idea.  There are definitely segments of the market (based on price, property type, location) that are significantly undersupplied, leaving buyers feeling like they don't have many (if any) options.
