Perhaps it is a result of mortgage interesting rates starting to decline.
Perhaps it is a result of what homes happen to be offered for sale right now.
Perhaps it is a result of growing confidence that the economy is not headed towards a recession.
Whatever the reason...
...contract activity is quite a bit higher (74 contracts) this December as compared to last December (50 contracts) when looking at contracts being signed in the first 20 days of the month.
