Where Are Most New Homes Being Built Right Now?

Over the past 12 months there have been 376 new home sales in Harrisonburg and Rockingham County!  That's a lot!

Here are all of the neighborhoods with more than five new home sales in the past year:

• 84 @ Cobblers Valley (Ryan Homes)

• 49 @ Congers Creek

• 35 @ The Crossings (Ryan Homes)
• 29 @ Preston Lake (Evergreen Homes)
• 27 @ Shady Creek (Ryan Homes)
• 26 @ Brentwood
• 26 @ Crescent Ridge
• 7 @ Bridgewater Fields
• 7 @ Wingate Meadows (Ryan Homes)
• 6 @ Massanutten

Looking ahead, there are LOTS of new housing developments that have either been started, approved or proposed.  This list (new home sales in a year's time) will likely look different (and maybe longer) a year from now.
