Just How Unusual Was The Pace of Home Sales In January 2020?
Scott P. Rogers
Particularly unusual, I'd say.
Looking back 17 years, the highest number of home sales we had ever seen in January was 79 home sales -- but this January (last month) there were 97 home sales! What a month!
Stay tuned to see if we'll have another high octane month of sales in February.
