What does this mean for home sellers? It means we need to focus our marketing efforts on where buyers are actually looking, and finding, homes for sale.
And -- we need to get creative about how to market your home online -- it's not just putting it in the MLS -- but providing an extensive amount of information (photos, virtual walk through, floor plans, etc.) online to allow buyers to fully explore your house as a possibility in their home search.
