Have increased sales been spread evenly across all price range?

Home Sales by Price Range

Not all price range were created equal this past year, it seems.  As shown above, all price ranges except $300K-$400K showed 11% to 14% growth in home sales.  That middle/high price range ($300K-$400K) on the other hand, had a massive increase of 67% growth in the pace of home sales!

Looking forward, I am not clear how long we will continue to see increases in the "under $200K" price range.  If the median sales price continues to increase, at some point, there will likely be a slight decline in the number of homes in this price range.
