Sales are up 8% this year -- but showings have been down (year-over-year) for the past four months.
Any number of theories could (partially) explain this....
- Buyers are looking at fewer houses.
- Lower inventory leads to fewer showings.
- We're going to see a slow down in sales in the Fall.
- Fewer "less serious" buyers are looking at homes.
