Fewer new homes selling but at higher prices (per SF)

Significantly fewer new single family homes are selling these days -- but the price per square foot of these sold homes is starting to edge upwards.
The median price per square foot is now above $130 again in 2014, even though the number of new homes sold in 2014 is likely to be a good bit lower than in 2013.
