Rising Number of Home Sales Per Trustee Sale

Not only are there fewer foreclosures happening (252 in 2012 declined to 222 in 2013) there are also fewer foreclosure when compared to the number of home sales.

As shown above....

There were 3.4 times as many home sales as trustee sales in 2012.
There were 4.5 times as many home sales as trustee sales in 2013.
There were 5.2 times as many home sales as trustee sales in 2014.
