Foreclosures slowing down in Harrisonburg, Rockingham County?

There are only five foreclosure sales scheduled in the future at this point.  This is a much lower level than I've observed in many years.  This could be an abnormal lull -- perhaps we'll start to see more sales scheduled in the near future, but at this point, nearly everybody in Harrisonburg and Rockingham County seems to be keeping up with their mortgage payments.
