Massanetta Springs, Inc. sold 30.4 acres on Boyers Road last week for $1,050,000. I have not yet heard of how or when this land will be developed, but it was purchased by the owner of several other development properties....
- 27.487 acres in four contiguous parcels on Port Republic Road, just north of Hose Company #4, currently the Port Road Christmas Tree Farm.
- 8.17 acres in two contiguous parcels on Reservoir Street, just north of (and across the street from) Fieldale Place.
