Receive "Property Alerts" based on your Saved Searches

Sign up for a Property Alerts account on my new web site and you can set up as many saved searches as you'd like, and receive beautiful e-mail updates (as shown above) when there are new listings or price reductions that match your search criteria.  Consider saved searches such as:

• Your general search parameters including LOTS of specific search criteria.
• A saved search for homes in a particular neighborhood.
• Homes within a polygon you create on a map.

This is an easy way to manage your home search, so take the Property Alerts function on my web site for a spin today.  Let me know if you have questions about how these accounts work.
