Home sales have increased (2012-YTD as compared to 2011-YTD) and so have median prices. These prolonged trends are slowly leading us back towards a more balanced local housing market.
Jan 1, 2011 through Aug 31, 2011 = 522 (median price = $173,500)
Jan 1, 2012 through Aug 31, 2012 = 564 (median price = $175,000)
