Am I being reasonable in these predictions?

Change in number of single family home sales:

• 2005 to 2006:  -11%
• 2006 to 2007:  -12%
• 2007 to 2008:  -18%
• 2008 to 2009:  -14%
• 2009 to 2010:  -1% (but, a tax credit)
  
• My 2011 Prediction:  -5%
  

 Change in median price of single family homes sold:

• 2005 to 2006:  +8%
• 2006 to 2007:  -1%
• 2007 to 2008:  -4%
• 2008 to 2009:  -5%
• 2009 to 2010:  -2%
• My 2011 Prediction:  -2%
  

Would you guess higher, or lower trends?
