Here are some of the reasons why 2025 might be a great year to sell your house AND the reasons why it might not be a great year to sell your house.

[3]  If you are ready to downsize to a smaller home because you no longer need all of the space your current home offers.

[4]  If you need to move to a low-maintenance, one-level home for mobility reasons.

[5]  If you have are ready to re-invest the equity from your rental property in other areas.

[1]  If you don't know what you would buy after you sell.

[2]  If your monthly housing cost would increase too much given how much lower your current mortgage's interest rate is compared to market rates.

[3]  If you love your home, neighborhood and location.  :-)
