- The name of the development will probably *not* be Bluestone Town Center due to other streets and developments in the City having similar names. Stay tuned for news on what it will be called.
- The 146 apartments will be in two buildings -- one building with 83 apartments and one building with 63 apartments. The 63 unit apartment building is intended to be senior housing.
- The developer states that they intend to construct the apartments after the construction of the for sale housing - the townhomes and manufactured homes.
- This first phase is estimated to add 100 students to City schools.
- The entrance to this first phase of the neighborhood will be located on Garbers Church Road.
- The townhouses lot size suggests the townhouses will be 20 feet wide.
