Looking back at the number of contracts signed last month in Harrisonburg and Rockingham County -- there were 133 contracts signed. 

These 133 contracts signed in July 2023 were...

[1]  The most contracts signed in a single month thus far in 2023.

[2]  About 17% more contracts than were signed last July.

But... when you look (above) at all of last year and this year thus far, you'll see we never experienced the 150+ contracts per month that we saw last March, April and May.

So, perhaps the pace of contract activity is picking up a bit as of last month... but we are still well behind where we were a year ago.
