Let's take some wild guesses here. 
Between June and December of 2023, what trends do I expect to see in the following areas...

[1]  Home Sales = no change (similar pace as early 2023)

[2]  Home Prices = increase

[3]  Mortgage Interest Rates = decrease (though likely not by much)

[4]  Inventory of Resale Homes = no change / decrease

[5]  Inventory of New Construction Homes = increase

What about you?  Would you predict anything wildly different?

[1]  Will mortgage rates drop significantly?

[2]  Will home prices stop rising?

[3]  Will inventory levels rise?
