Locust Grove Village, located on Boyers Road, seems likely to be expanded from 86 residential units to 106 residential units.

The townhouses (rowhouses) offer three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, one half bathroom, 1306 square feet and have recently been selling for $260,000.

This is a minor expansion of a new residential development on Boyers Road compared to quite a few others that have been recently completed, are currently underway, or are getting ready to be proposed.
