There are LOTS of new developments (both residential and commercial) planned, proposed or under construction in the Urban Development Area - located in Rockingham County, just southeast of the City of Harrisonburg, surrounding Sentara RMH Medical Center.

Here are some that were new to me...

[2]  another car wash

[3]  an extended stay hotel

[4]  Tots N Toyland

[5]  Woodspring Suites

[6]  Oriental Cafe

[7]  CubeSmart

And of course, multiple large proposed residential developments.

Change and growth seem to be the only constants on this side of the County right now.
