Rockingham County is revising and updating its Comprehensive Plan, which is a document that sets the vision and goals for the next 10 to 20 years!
The last review was approved by the Board of Supervisors on September 23, 2015.
The Comprehensive Plan addresses topics such as:
- land use
- development
- economic growth
- transportation
- natural and cultural resources
The policies defined in the plan will guide the County's future direction and priorities for growth, services, and land use regulation.
