This statistic might surprise you. It surprised me.
Just as many homes are selling over the asking price now (in the past 90 days) as compared to in 2021. And, technically, slightly more are selling over the asking price now as compared to in 2021.
Sometimes it seems that the market might be "slowing down" in some ways... with fewer showings and/or fewer offers in the first week of a house being on the market.
But then, you see that we're still seeing about half of homes selling for more than the list price and it doesn't seem like things are slowing down at all!?!
