Per the developer's description of the proposed plan for The Wentworth we learn that the community will contain no more than 271 apartments and amenities are likely to include a clubhouse, pool, playground, dog park, multi-purpose court, bus stop, car wash and trash/recycling site.
The Rockingham County Planning Commission will review this rezoning request at their meeting on August 2nd at 6:30 PM.
