The City of Harrisonburg Planning Commission will consider a rezoning request and special use permit request this week (3/9/2022) to allow for the construction of 48 apartments on 2.32 acres on Chicago Avenue behind La Morena.

City staff recommends the approval of the rezoning request and special use permit.
