Predictions

I'll make more detailed predictions about the 2022 local housing market towards the end of December of the beginning of January -- but for now, I'll mention the following related to the Harrisonburg and Rockingham County real estate market...

Facts:
2020 = 10% increase in the median sales price

2021 = 10% increase in the median sales price (thus far)

Predictions:

I don't think we'll see a 10% increase in the median sales price between 2021 and 2022.

I don't think we'll see a decline in the median sales price.

I think we are likely to see a 3% - 5% increase in the median sales price in 2022.

Again, I'll look deeper into the data and make some further predictions as we get closer to the year wrapping up, but what do you think?  What are your predictions?
