Harman Realty and Stone Spring Holdings LLC are proposing to build 265 apartments in a development to be called EPOCH on Stone Spring Road, between The Overlook at Stone Spring and Squire Hill Apartments.

These apartments would be built on the 17 acres shown above. 

The proposed site plan references cottages, townhouses and apartments -- but they all seem to be multiple dwelling units per building, so they might all feel like apartments? 

City staff recommends approval of this proposal, as does the Planning Commission.  City Council will have the final say on the matter in the near future.
