- Narrowing it even further -- if you're trying to sell a home for more than $500K, you'll only be a viable option for 4% of local buyers.
- The under $100K market is nearly gone -- only 3% of home sales are less than $100K.
- The largest percentage of buyers purchase $200K - $300K homes.
- Nearly three in four buyers (71%) buy homes between $100K and $300K.
