A little later this month I'll take a thorough look at all of the home buying (and selling) activity in Harrisonburg and Rockingham County.

But before we get there - I thought I'd take a quick peek at how many buyers (and thus, sellers) signed contracts in August 2020.

I was surprised to see a BIG increase in August contract activity as compared to the month of August in each of the past four years!

Buyers still seem to be out in full force, ready to pursue houses as they hit the market for sale.  It seems this fall might be busier than usual in our local housing market!
