After three months in a row (March, April, May) of slow contract activity (compared to last year) the pace of contracts being signed shot skyward in June to easily eclipse last June, as well as March, April and May of both years!
This is a good indicator that we are not likely to see much of an impact on our local real estate market based on COVID, other than that it affected the timing of when these sales (contracts) were coming together. Contracts came together much later than usual this year.
