Remember where we were back at the beginning of June?  Home buyer activity was lagging behind in Harrisonburg and Rockingham County -- with 2020 buyer activity (ratified contracts) down 5.44% as compared to 2019.

Not any longer!

As of the end of last week, there have been 1.11% more contracts signed in 2020 as compared to 2019.

So - the Spring was slower and stranger than usual, but it appears that 2020 may turn out to be an even stronger year than 2019 for home buyer activity in our local area.
