Even in the midst of a pandemic, City homes between $150K and $250K are selling fast! I have experienced this several times lately either representing a seller or buyer, so I though I'd see if the data lined up with my experiences. It does.
I took a look at all properties (attached or detached) between $150K and $250K that have gone under contract during the past 60 days in the City of Harrisonburg. There have been (24) such properties -- and they have gone under contract in a median of 3 DAYS. And of those 24 properties, 16 of them were under contract within a week!
