One more bit of context for you to digest as we start off the week -- at the end of January 2020 we hit an annual pace of 1,352 home sales in Harrisonburg and Rockingham County.

That is the highest number of sales in a year that we have seen in almost 13 years!  We have to go way back to 2007 to find a higher annual pace of home sales.
