- Narrowing it even further -- if you're trying to sell a home for more than $400K, you'll only be a viable option for 8% of local buyers.
- The under $100K market is nearly gone -- only 4% of home sales are less than $100K.
- The largest percentage of buyers purchase $100K - $200K homes.
- Nearly three in four buyers (74%) buy homes between $100K and $300K.
