The City of Harrisonburg and Rockingham County are going through their annual budget process and while Rockingham County has proposed a budget that does not include any changes to the real estate tax rate, the City of Harrisonburg's proposed budget for next fiscal year requires a $0.01 increase in the real estate tax rate.
