When will we see buyers?  A short answer -- now, or very, very soon!  The graph above shows the average number of buyers per month over the past five years.

As you can see, above, buying activity starts creeping up as soon as February, but really starts to pop in March (this month!) and then keeps on increasing in April before a typical peak in May.
