The graph above shows the number of properties "under contract" at the end of the month for each month over the past three years.  As you can see, at the end of November there were 160 properties under contract in Harrisonburg and Rockingham County -- down 7.5% from the 173 properties that were under contract at the same time one year ago.

Of note, this past Spring (end of April, May) we reached a high point for this metric that we had not seen over the past few years.
