The 165 sales seen in June 2018 is the highest seen any time in the past 10 years!
Going back 15 years we do finally find a few months when there were more home sales:
- June 2004 = 174
- June 2005 = 173
- July 2005 = 166
- August 2005 = 183
- June 2006 = 192
I don't anticipate that we'll see another month of 165 home sales this year. TBD If we can see that many next year.
