When the home buyers walked into the next home, they were greeted by the pleasant, and heart-warming fragrance of freshly baked cookies.  They walked into the kitchen and were delighted to find cookies, indeed -- freshly baked cookies, prepared especially for them. This house already felt like a home, as they started enjoying a tasty cookie while touring the kitchen and beyond.
