To say that May 2018 was a busy month for contract signing seems to be an understatement.  I have data all the way back to April 2007 -- and the number of contracts signed last month (171) seems to be the highest month of contract activity we have ever seen in Harrisonburg and Rockingham County.

It's hard to say how those contracts will show up as closings -- they will likely spread out between June and July -- so we might not have the highest month of home sales ever in June 2018.  But, then again, we might.  :-)
