In good news for area homeowners, fewer and fewer homes are being foreclosed upon in Harrisonburg and Rockingham County.  The graph above shows the number of foreclosures that took place in the first four months of each of the past five years.  As can be seen, the number of foreclosures in 2018 is less than half of how many were seen in the same time period during each of the past four years.

Fewer foreclosures is a sign of a healthy local economy and housing market.
