As shown above, only 69 properties have gone under contract thus far in September 2017 -- as compared to 113 last month.

Of note....

• It's only the 26th of the month -- maybe in the next few days 50 more houses will go under contract!?
   
  
• Some houses could have gone under contract in the past few days and might not be shown in the contract number above yet.

Regardless, home buying activity (at the point of contract signing) seems to be slowing down as we head into the Fall. 

On a completely unrelated note, do we really call these 80 degree days "Fall"?
