As reported yesterday, we had a RECORD NUMBER of home sales in August 2016.  There were 154 home sales --and the most recent month when we saw more than 154 home sales was waaaaaay back in August 2006. 

With plenty of contracts in August 2016 as well, we are likely to see another strong month of sales in September --- though maybe not 154 of them.
