In addition to Walmart opening at Stoneport, Bellaire at Stoneport is up and running as a new Assisted Living and Memory Care facility.
 
The location of the new(ish) Sentara RMH Medical Center continues to draw plenty of new commercial development to the Port Republic Road and Stone Spring Road corridors.
