• The 34 properties owned by Village at Forest Hills LLC are all (student rental) townhouses on Village Lane.
  
• Most (31) of the 33 properties owned by Hi-Sky Enterprises LLC are condominiums at Madison Manor.
  
• The 33 properties owned by the Chatham Land Company are undeveloped lots in Chatham Square, a recent City subdivision.
