So.......back on January 12 of this year, I made some predictions......



As shown above, I was predicting....

• 4% Increase in the Pace of Home Sale (to 1,083 sales)
  

• 3% Increase in the Median Sales Price (to $184,885)

Well, let's see how I did. Looking at all of the data in the system thus far (a few more 2015 sales will likely be reported in the next week) this is what I'm finding....

• 7% increase in the Pace of Home Sales (to 1,114 sales)
   
  
• 3.1% increase in the Median Sales Price (to $185,000)

It turns out I was a bit conservative on the increase in home sales, but pretty darn close on the increase in sales price.
