Looking at the graph above, you might not guess that home sales are up 5% year-over-year.  But they are.

Showings, however, as shown above, have been quite slow in many recent months.  There were fewer showings in May, June, July, August and September as compared to the same month the previous year - yet despite this, home sales increased.

October was a breath of fresh air, as showings increased dramatically (+60%) as compared to last  year.
