As noted above, the pace of homes sales is increasing in both the City and County when comparing January through October sales figures in 2014 vs. 2015.  The same across the board increase is not found in sales prices....



The median price has declined 2% in the City -- but has increased 5% in the County.

Other items of note....

• There are more than twice as many home sales in the County per City thus far in 2015.
   
• Homes in the County are selling with a median prices of $195K as compared to $166K in the City -- though this is likely related to the composition of what types of houses exist and are selling, more so than it is a statement that the same house is worth more in the County than in the City.
