Showings do not always result in offers -- but absent showings, offers are quite unlikely.  :)

Recent months have been quite encouraging as to the number of showings compared to the same month a year ago....

• February 2015 = 41% more showings than in 2014
• January 2015 = 71% more showings than in 2014
• December 2014 = 20% more showings than in 2013
• November 2014 = 70% more showings than in 2013
